The guest list, state by state
Sweepstakes casinos run under state promotion law rather than gambling law. Most states welcome them; a growing number do not. Both lists are below and we check them every month.

Thirty six states where you can play
Adults can register and play in every state below. Some houses still decline a state or ask for 21+, so read their own list before you register.
Three rules that apply everywhere
Houses check your location at registration and at redemption. A mailing address in a welcome state is not enough.
Most houses admit guests from 18. Stake.us and a few others ask for 21 everywhere, and some states set 21 as the floor.
Four states declined in 2026 alone. We recheck every house at the start of each month and update this page.
