Our score is out of five. It is built from five things we judge ourselves during a stay, weighted as shown below. Nothing a house says about itself changes the number.

A 1x playthrough and a 50 coin minimum scores full marks. A 2x playthrough or a 100 coin minimum loses points.

What a review involves
With our own details, in a welcome state, on an ordinary phone. No press accounts, no special treatment.
We use only the free coins and play until we reach the minimum or run out, noting the floor, the pace and any trouble.
We ask for a prize and start the clock. We record each update and the moment the money arrives.
Gifts and delivery times change. Every house is revisited at the start of each month and the score updated.
What does not affect the score
No house pays to be on the list, and no house can pay for a better place. We do not earn affiliate commissions and our links carry no tracking code. The site is owned and funded by OMD AS.
If a house disputes a fact in a review we check again and correct the page if we were wrong. We never change a score because a house asked.
